温度对瓷支柱绝缘子机械性能影响仿真研究

摘    要:利用有限元软件对40.5 kV瓷支柱绝缘子在温度剧变条件下的机械性能进行了仿真研究,包括温度剧变产生的温度应力以及对弯曲载荷和扭转载荷的影响,温度范围为-40^+80℃(初始温度为20℃)。研究发现,在低温或者高温条件下,瓷支柱绝缘子不同介质的连接位置均会出现明显的应力集中现象;同时,在施加弯曲载荷时,高温会使瓷支柱绝缘子承受更大的应力,而在低温时应力会随温度的降低而减小;而在施加扭转载荷时,瓷柱的不同位置在不同温度下所承受的应力有所不同,上瓷根所受应力随温度升高而减小,下瓷根所受应力随温度升高而升高。该研究结果为绝缘子在不同环境下的运维提供了一定的理论指导。

Abstract:In this paper,the finite element software is used to simulate the mechanical properties of insulator of 40.5 kV porcelain post insulator under the condition of temperature upheaval,including the temperature stress produced by the temperature upheaval and the effect on the bending load and torsion load with the temperature range of-40℃^+80℃(the initial temperature is 20℃).It is found that under the conditions of low temperature or high temperature,the stress concentration phenomenon appears in the connecting position of different medium of porcelain post insulator.At the same time,when the bending load is applied,the high temperature will make the porcelain post insulator bear greater stress,while the stress decreases with the decrease of the temperature at low temperature;and when the torsional load is applied,the stress of the porcelain column is different at different positions and temperatures,the stress of the upper porcelain root decreases with the increase of temperature,the stress of the lower porcelain root increases with the increase of temperature,which provides some theoretical guidance for the operation and maintenance of insulators in different environments.
