我国采煤机技术创新发展研究

摘    要:回顾了我国采煤机技术的发展历程,阐述了我国采煤机关键技术的现状,并与国外先进采煤机技术对比,分析了与国际先进采煤机技术的差距,指出我国采煤机技术未来发展方向应为高效高适应性总体设计关键技术、可靠性技术、关键零部件材料与热处理工艺开发、先进制造技术、智能化控制技术等。

Abstract:Reviewed the development course of shearer technology in China,expounded the present situation of the key technology of shearer in China,and compared with the advanced shearer technology in foreign countries,analyzed the gap with the advanced shearer technology in the world, and pointed out that the future development direction of shearer technology in China should be key technology of high efficiency and high adaptability overall design,reliability technology,key parts materials and heat treatment process development,advanced manufacturing technology,intelligent control technology, etc.
