摘    要:盆式绝缘子是GIS设备中故障率较高的部件之一,尤其是盆式绝缘子的沿面闪络,对于GIS运行的安全性威胁极大。因此,对盆式绝缘子上可能引起故障的缺陷,特别是绝缘表面缺陷进行状态检测,以预防绝缘故障的产生,是现阶段研究的热点问题之一。文中以一个存在表面缺陷的实际GIS盆式绝缘子为例,使用多绝缘子对照方法测试了样品在高电压作用下的局部放电特性,并使用光电效应对实验结果进行了验证。根据实验结果对数据进行了分析,发现了放电伴随的光脉冲的强度与放电频率之间的相关性。文中的研究内容对于盆式绝缘子表面缺陷在现场的检测识别,以及绝缘子制造工艺的改进具有重要的参考意义。

Abstract:For the purpose of defect state monitoring and diagnosis of the basin insulators in GIS,experiment is car⁃ried out on a basin insulator with surface defects,and the characteristics of partial discharge(PD)are detected and compared with that of an eligible insulator.Moreover,the experimental results are verified with the results of photo⁃electric effect⁃based PD detecting method,and the correlation between the optical intensity and the frequency of the PD pulses is obtained on the basis of the analysis on the experimental data.This research may be beneficial to the on⁃site detection and recognition of the surface defects on GIS basin insulators,as well as to the improvement of the man⁃ufacturing technique of GIS insulators.
