矿用底座式全方位液压钻机的设计

摘    要:针对钻场孔系特征和传统装备成孔效率低、深度较浅、孔径较小、劳动强度大等问题,研制了一种底座式全方位钻机,可高效完成多姿态孔系定位、锚固,提高了钻进效率、成孔精度,降低了劳动强度。应用结果表明,该装备达到了设计要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of drilling field perforation system,the traditional equipment with the problems of low hole efficiency,shallow depth,small aperture and labor intensity,and so on,a base-type all-round drilling rig has been developed to efficiently complete multi-attitude hole system positioning,anchoring. Improved drilling efficiency,hole-forming accuracy,and reduced labor intensity.The application results show that the equipment meets the design requirements.
