复杂围岩大断面开切眼稳定性控制研究

摘    要:云冈矿8409工作面切巷跨度大、围岩状态复杂,极易发生顶板弯曲下沉和两帮剪切破坏失稳现象,现场工程实践采取锚杆索+钢带联合支护措施,形成切眼围岩控制体大小结构.现场实践监测表明,8409工作面切眼成巷30 d后两帮移近量在130 mm,顶底板移近量在250 mm,锚杆索受力均衡,支护质量和支护效率大幅提高.

Abstract:The 8409 working face of Yungang Coal Mine has a large span and complex surrounding rock state,which is prone to roof bending subsidence and two side shear failure instability.In the field engineering practice,the combined support measures of anchor cable and steel belt are adopted to form the size structure of surrounding rock control body.The field monitoring results show that the two sides move in 130mm and the roof and floor move in 250mm after 30 days the cut is completed in the 8409 working face.The stress of anchor cable is balanced,and the support quality and support efficiency are greatly improved.
