高水充填材料在采煤工作面过空巷中的应用

摘    要:针对12205工作面回采过空巷期间易出现煤墙片帮、漏顶,影响工作面安全回采问题,提出利用高水速凝充填材料对空巷进行充填加固技术方案.通过模拟试验,选取水灰比为3:1的高水充填材料,在回采期间采取对工作面煤体进行注浆固化、工作面调斜、巷道超前加固支护等补充措施.经现场应用,工作面煤壁未出现大范围片帮和漏顶现象.

Abstract:In view of the problems of coal wall spalling and roof leakage in the 12205 working face,which affect the safe mining of working face,this paper puts forward the technical scheme of filling and strengthening the gob with high water quick setting filling material.Through simulation test,the high water filling material with water cement ratio of 3:1 is selected.During the mining period,the supplementary measures such as grouting and solidification of coal body,slope adjustment of working face,advance reinforcement and support of roadway were taken.After field application,there is no large-scale spalling and roof leakage in coal wall of working face.
