摘    要:针对电力系统中发生的故障大部分都是瞬时性故障,采用自动重合闸装置可以切除此类故障。文中介绍了一起配用液压机构的高压断路器重合闸异常质量事件,通过现场分析线路保护装置的动作情况和后台报文,检查断路器操作机构压力微动开关接点压力整定值,查明事件原因为合闸低油压闭锁接点的调节螺杆受挤压偏离轴线使合闸闭锁油压整定值偏高,断路器分闸后机构油压低于合闸闭锁整定值而导致重合闸失败。并根据故障原因提出了处理方案,通过现场反复测试验证了方案的有效性。

Abstract:This paper reports an abnormal reclosing event of the high⁃voltage circuit breaker equipped with hydrau⁃lic operating mechanism.The action of the line protection device and the background message were analyzed on site,and the microswitch pressure setting value of the operating mechanism was checked.As a result,this event was found to be due to that the adjusting screw of the low⁃oil pressure closing lock contact was squeezed off the axis to cause higher setting value of closing lock oil pressure,and after the circuit breaker was opened the oil pressure of the mech⁃anism was lower than the setting value of closing lock oil pressure,which led to the failure of reclosing.A resulting treatment scheme was proposed,and multiple tests on site verified the effectiveness of the scheme.
