中低温煤焦油加氢产物精制工艺的Aspen Plus模拟

摘    要:针对中低温煤焦油加氢产物精制产品多、工艺复杂的特征,利用Aspen Plus软件对中低温煤焦油加氢产物精制工艺进行模拟,以蒸馏曲线表征的虚拟组分进行中低温煤焦油加氢产物精制,结合实际数据,建立煤焦油加氢工艺模拟流程。模拟结果表明,该方法能够较准确地实现对中低温煤焦油加氢产物分离和分馏过程的动态模拟。

Abstract:With respect to the characteristics of multiple refined products and complex process of medium and low-temperature coal tar hydrotreating products,Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the refining process of medium and low-temperature coal tar hydrotreating products.The virtual components characterized by distillation curve were used to refine medium and low-temperature coal tar hydrotreating products.Combined with the actual data,the coal tar hydrotreating process was established.The simulation results showed that this method could have accurate dynamic simulation on the separation and fractionation process of medium and low-temperature coal tar hydrotreating products.
