厚煤层分层充填开采沿空留巷及端头顶板控制技术

摘    要:为提高厚煤层分层开采资源回收率,降低巷道掘进工程量,以E1302工作面为工程背景,利用工作面现有巷道布置顶分层充填工作面,并通过沿空留巷为底分层服务;针对顶分层初采期间和工作面两端头存在三角顶煤区的问题,通过及时支护顶板和煤壁、铺网、控制充填步距、端头铺设板梁及加强顶板观测等技术措施,保证了工作面顶板安全。

Abstract:In order to improve the resource recovery rate of thick seam slicing mining and reduce the amount of roadway excavation,taking the E1302 working face as the engineering background,the existing roadway of working face is used to arrange the top slicing filling working face,and the gob side entry retaining is used to serve the bottom slicing.Aiming at the problem of triangular top coal area existing in the initial mining period and both ends of the working face,the roof safety of working face is ensured by timely supporting roof and coal wall,laying net,controlling filling step,laying plate beam at end and strengthening roof observation.
