单轨吊钻锚一体机悬挂总成设计

摘    要:单轨吊钻锚一体机悬挂总成是集行走装置、驱动-制动装置、电控悬挂装置及吊运装置于一体的综合悬挂机构。根据单轨吊钻锚一体机对悬挂装置的承重、爬坡角度、转弯半径、制动距离、牵引力及吊装能力等要求,设计出了符合使用要求的各模块化机构。通过对各个功能模块接口的合理设置,使悬挂总成可满足整机行走及吊装功能,且巷道适应性强。通过对该机构多个不同功能部件的研究,为煤矿巷道单轨运输系统提供了相关设计经验。

Abstract:The suspension assembly of monorail crane drilling and anchoring integrated machine is a comprehensive suspension mechanism integrating walking device, driving-braking device, electric control suspension device and lifting device. According to the requirements of load bearing, climbing angle, turning radius, braking distance, traction force and hoisting capacity of the monorail crane drilling and anchoring integrated machine, various modular mechanisms that meet the use requirements were designed. Through the reasonable setting of each functional module interface, the suspension assembly can meet the walking and hoisting functions of the whole machine, and the roadway adaptability is strong. Through the study of several different functional components of the mechanism, it provides relevant design experience for monorail transportation system in coal mine roadway.
