摘    要:液压支架活塞杆表面一般电镀乳白铬套镀硬铬的双铬镀层以提高其防腐耐磨性。通过对比不同厚度双铬镀层的耐蚀性,确定了最佳的双铬镀层厚度,在保证活塞杆镀铬层性能的前提下可实现降本增效。

Abstract:The double-layer(crack-free and hard) chromium coating was electroplated on the hydraulic support piston rods surface to improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Through comparing the corrosion resistance of the double-layer chromium coatings with different thickness, the best thickness which can lower cost and improve efficiency without the performance lost was determined.
