泥岩相似材料力学性能影响因素试验研究

摘    要:为了指导模型试验填料并提高试验精度,选取泥岩相似材料制作试件进行试验,研究模型试验填料过程的3个影响因素对泥岩相似材料力学性能的影响。分析结果表明:分层层数由1层增加至5层,相似材料的单轴抗压强度、弹性模量和抗拉强度分别降低了23.80%、32.20%、20.83%;压实次数由1次增加至5次,相似材料的单轴抗压强度、弹性模量和抗拉强度分别提高了15.00%、28.61%、6.76%;相比于进行粗糙处理的界面处理方式,在此基础上喷洒石膏水处理时单轴抗压强度提高了14.25%,弹性模量提高了22.63%,抗拉强度提高了7.99%。建立了相似材料力学性质与填料过程影响因素之间的多元线性回归方程,结合试验结果和方程可以指导模型试验填料,防止相似材料力学性能下降,提高试验精度。

Experimental study on influencing factors of mechanical properties for mudstone similar material

Abstract:In order to guide the model test fillers and improve the test accuracy, the mudstone similar material was selected to make samples, and the effects of three factors affecting the filling process of model test on the mechanical properties of mudstone similar material was studied. The analysis results show that when the number of layers increases from 1 layer to 5 layers, the uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus and tensile strength of similar materials are reduced by 23.80%, 32.0% and20.83% respectively. And the compaction times are increased from 1 to 5 times, the uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus and tensile strength of similar materials increased by 15.00%, 28.61% and 6.76%, respectively. Compared with the interface treatment method of rough treatment, the uniaxial compressive strength, elastic modulus and tensile strength respectively increased by 14.25%, 22.63% and 7.99% when gypsum was sprayed on this basis. The multiple linear regression equation between the mechanical properties of similar materials and the influencing factors of packing process is established. Combined with the test results and equations, the model test fillers can be guided, the mechanical properties of similar material can be prevented from decreasing, and the test accuracy can be improved.
