水煤浆气化掺用石油焦运行的实践及问题分析

摘    要:为实现生产控煤任务,进行了水煤浆气化装置的掺焦运行实践。研究了石油焦掺加比例对煤浆性能的影响,实验结果及生产运行表明,掺加石油焦后,煤浆浓度提高,黏度降低。针对生产中掺加石油焦后水煤浆气化炉、渣水系统、脱硫系统存在的问题进行了原因分析,并采取了相应的工艺调整和优化措施,实践表明,水煤浆气化装置掺加石油焦运行,在完成控煤任务的同时,保证了装置长周期稳定运行的效果。

Abstract:To realize coal control in the production,petroleum coke blending operation was carried out for coal water slurry gasification unit.The impact of petroleum coke blending proportion on the coal slurry property was studied.The experimental result and production operation showed that after petroleum coke blending,the coal slurry concentration was increased and viscosity reduced.Cause analysis was made on the existing problems of coal water slurry gasification unit,slag water system and desulfurization system after petroleum coke was blended,with relevant process adjustment and optimization measures adopted.The practice showed that for coal water slurry gasification unit blended with petroleum coke,while the coal control was achieved,the long-term stable operation of the unit was ensured.
