Abstract:Aiming at the serious wear of scraper in mine scraper conveyor,which leads to broken chute and broken chain of conveyor,the structure,working principle and technical parameters of the 68306 working face SGZ-900/1050 middle double chain scraper conveyor are expounded,the main mechanism of scraper wear is analyzed,and the scraper structure is optimized according to the actual situation.According to the practical application effect,the wear phenomenon of scraper after optimization is effectively improved,which can reduce the maintenance cost of scraper conveyor to 340 000 yuan.
