1815回撤通道片帮煤壁注浆加固技术应用

摘    要:1815面回撤通道受上覆采空区影响,煤壁受剪切应力破坏导致片帮,增加了回撤通道空顶距,加大了煤壁维护难度,威胁着后期安全高效回撤,研究决定对煤壁采取"水泥-水玻璃"注浆加固.注浆加固后,煤壁单轴抗压强度提高至45 MPa,片帮深度降低至0.5 m以下.

Abstract:The 1815 surface evacuation passage is affected by the overlying goaf,the coal wall is damaged by shear stress,which leads to the spalling of the wall,increases the empty top distance of the retreat passage,increases the difficulty of coal wall maintenance,and threatens the safe and efficient withdrawal of the coal wall in the later period.The study decided to adopt "cement-water glass" grouting reinforcement for coal wall.After grouting reinforcement,the uniaxial compressive strength of coal wall was increased to 45 MPa,and the spalling depth was reduced to less than 0.5 m.
