赵庄煤业13102复用巷道注浆优化应用研究

摘    要:针对巷道围岩破碎、锚杆失效严重的问题,以13102巷为工程背景,总结现有支护方案下巷道的破碎特征,分析围岩破碎严重的原因,提出控制巷道围岩的二次注浆方案,确定注浆参数。工程实践验证结果表明,二次注浆方案可有效控制巷道围岩的变形量和变形速率。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of roadway rock fragmentation and serious bolt failure,taking 13102 roadway as the engineering background,the broken features of the roadway under the existing support scheme were summarized,the reasons for the serious rock fragmentation were analyzed,the secondary grouting scheme to control the surrounding rock of roadway was put forward,and the grouting parameters were determined.It has been verified through engineering practice,and it is concluded that the secondary grouting scheme can effectively control the deformation and deformation rate of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
