切顶卸压技术在浅埋大采高工作面沿空留巷中的实践

摘    要:以S1201工作面为对象,进行了浅埋大采高工作面预裂切顶沿空留巷技术的实践应用研究,对切顶卸压沿空留巷工艺方案进行设计,并根据围岩位移、恒阻锚索受力监测数据分析从开始留巷到变形稳定的矿压显现规律。试验结果表明,切顶卸压沿空留巷工艺方案合理有效,能有效控制工作面巷道围岩的变形量。

Abstract:Based on the S1201 working face,the technique of pre-cracking and cutting the roof along the goaf roadway in shallow-buried large mining face is studied.The roof cutting pressure relief gob side entry retaining technology scheme is designed,and the mine pressure behavior law from the beginning of roadway retaining to deformation stability is analyzed according to the surrounding rock displacement and constant resistance anchor cable stress monitoring data.The experimental results show that the technology scheme of cutting top and unloading pressure along the goaf roadway is reasonable and effective,and the deformation of surrounding rock of working face roadway can be effectively controlled.
