摘    要:产业结构的不断转型导致电网负荷不平衡度日益凸显。强制性有序用电、拉闸限电的管理模式已不适应社会的发展,亟须研究更科学有效的办法。提出了一种模糊综合评估方法用于评估分析可中断负荷的调控响应特性,总结出包括用户特性和电力调度需求等在内的影响可中断负荷特性的企业内部关键因素,在对这些关键因素深入分析的基础上建立了可中断负荷特性评估模型和电价补偿方案,克服了本领域可中断负荷特性评估方法单一、不灵活的缺点,提高了电网电力调度以及可中断负荷电价补偿的合理性和可行性。

Abstract:The continuous transformation of industrial structure leads to more significant load imbalance in power grid.The management mode of orderly power consumption and mandatory mode of power cut-off by pulling gates are no longer suitable for the development of society.There is an urgent need to study more scientific and effective methods.A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating and analyzing the regulation and control response characteristics of interruptible load was proposed in this paper.The key internal factors affecting the interruptible load characteristics including user characteristics and power dispatching requirements were summarized.Based on the in-depth analysis of these key factors,an interruptible load characteristic evaluation model and a electricity price compensation scheme were established,which overcome the short-comings of a single and inflexible of interruptible load characteristic evaluation methods in this field.The rationality and feasibility of power grid dispatching and interruptible load electricity price compensation are improved..
