煤矿井下液压支架立柱旁路增压切换阀的设计与应用研究

摘    要:随着国内煤炭开采技术的进步,综合机械化采煤工作面向着大采高及超大采高的方向发展,采高越大顶板周期来压越明显,压力冲击更强烈,顶板控制难度加大,这就要求液压支架能够提供足够的初撑力加强顶板支护强度,通过给液压支架立柱提供双回路供液系统并新增旁路增压切换阀能够很好地解决这一问题。对旁路增压切换阀的原理、结构和设计过程进行了详细介绍,并对其使用工况和功能进行了阐述,该阀已在煤矿井下使用,效果良好。

Abstract:With the progress of domestic coal mining technology,the fully mechanized coal mining face is facing the direction of large mining height and super large mining height. The higher the mining height is, the more obvious the periodic weighting of roof is,the stronger the pressure impact is, and the difficulty of roof control is increased. Therefore,the hydraulic support is required to provide sufficient initial support force to strengthen the roof support strength. Providing double circuit liquid supply system for the hydraulic support column and adding the new bypass pressurization switch valve can solve this problem. Introduced in detail the principle,structure and design process of bypass pressurization switch valve, and described its working conditions and functions. The valve has been used in underground coal mine,and the effect is good.
