电力储能标准体系深化研究

摘    要:储能技术和应用的不断发展对标准制定提出了新的需求,亟须建立一套契合新形势下的储能标准体系,以引导储能技术的良性发展。针对该目标,梳理了国内外储能标准制定和标准体系研究概况,结合储能技术发展与标准的关联关系,提出在安全问题突出、梯次利用紧迫、电网侧储能快速应用、新型储能技术快速发展等新形势下,储能标准制定的需求和电力储能标准体系结构图,修订标准明细表,以指导储能标准制定、厘清标准关系、保障电力储能行业健康有序发展。

Abstract:The development of energy storage technologies and applications has proposed new requirements for the formulation of standard.It is necessary to establish the energy storage standard system according with the new situation to guide the healthy development of energy storage technology.According to this goal,the basic situation of domestic and foreign energy storage standards formulation and standard system research overviews are combed.Combining the relationship between the development of energy storage technology and standards,it puts forward the requirements for energy storage standard formulation and system structure diagram of electrical energy storage under the new situation of the prominent safety problems,urgent echelon utilization,rapid application of grid side energy storage and rapid development of new energy storage technologies.The standard schedule to guide the development of electrical energy storage standards is revised.The standard relationships are clarified and the healthy and orderly development of the electrical energy storage industry is ensured.
