摘    要:针对焊接钢板内部的残余应力,由于采集振动信号的非线性和非平稳性,采用希尔伯特-黄变换(HHT)对振动信号分析处理。在对得到的信号进行分析时,选择镜像延拓(ME)以及改进的集总平均经验模态分解(MEEMD)相结合的方式,目的是防止在经验模态分解时产生模态混叠以及端点效应等对最终的实验结果产生影响。求解出各阶固有模态函数的模态能量,与正常信号分析对比,从能量角度实现对构件残余应力的检测,得出信号能量与残余应力之间的关系。

Abstract:Aiming at the residual stress in the welded steel plate, due to the nonlinearity and non-stability of the collected vibration signal,the Hilbert-Huang transformation(HHT) was used to analyze and process the vibration signal. In order to suppress the modal aliasing and end-point effects that occur in empirical mode decomposition to effect the final experimental results, the combination of mirror extension(ME) and modified ensemble empirical mode decomposition(MEEMD)was used to analyze the signal. The modal energy of each order of natural modal function was solved, compared with the normal signal, the residual stress was detected from the angle of energy, and the relationship between signal energy and residual stress was obtained.
