摘    要:研究了以固体超强酸 SO2 -4 /Ti O2 /La3+催化剂 ,醋酸和正丁醇为原料合成醋酸丁酯 ,并考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明 :醇酸物质的摩尔比为 1 .6∶ 1、催化剂用量 0 .6g、带水剂甲苯 7m L、反应时间 2 .5 h是最适宜的反应条件 ,其酯化率可达 96.2 %。

Abstract:The synthesis of butyl acetate from n butanol and acetic acid with rare earth solid superacid SO 2- 4 /TiO 2/La 3+ as catalyst was studied. The influential factors of reaction were investigated. Results show that the appropriate conditions are: weight of catalyst 0.6 g; molar ratio of n butanol to acetic acid 1.6∶1; reaction time 2.5 h; water carrying reagent 7 mL. The yield of butyl acetate is about 96.2%.
