Antistatic treatment of polystyrene by surface sulphonation |

| Abstract: | A number of different methods for sulphonating polystyrene have been examined, and their operating features explained. As a result, it can be seen that certain methods produce modified surfaces which are antistatic over wide climatic limits, and are effectively permanent. |
