摘    要:主要介绍板坯连铸温度场实时仿真系统的组成、功能及实现,并利用在线生产数据对仿真结果进行了比较和验证,结果表明该仿真系统可以真实再现连铸生产实际浇铸过程中的各种情况,为研究人员及操作人员提供了很好的模拟工具和基础平台。

Abstract:Structure,function and implementation of a real-time simulation system for temperature field of slab continuous casting process are presented.The simulated results were validated by use of production data.Results show that the simulation system is capable of simulating actual casting process with different operating conditions,and provides an effective simulation tool and basic platform for process researchers and operators.
