强酸性树脂催化合成丙酸烯丙酯的工艺研究

摘    要:利用强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成了丙酸烯丙酯,实验表明:树脂催化剂用量为1.0g,反应的酸醇量比为3:2时,反应效果较佳,产品收率达68%。同时,对树脂的重复使用性能进行了测试,结果表明:树脂在重复使用6次后,其催化性能保持不变。另外,也与其他催化剂的催化效果进行了比较,说明了强酸性树脂在合成丙酸烯丙酯中的独特优越性。并合成了乙酸烯丙酯、丁酸烯丙酯和戊酸烯丙酯。

Abstract:The conditions for synthesis of propyl acrylate using strong acidic resin as catalyst were studied.Experimental results show that the optimal conditions of material ratios are 1 g of strong acidic resin catalyst,0.3 mole of propionic acid and 0.2 mole of allyl alcohol.The product recovery can achieve 68 %.The catalyst can be used repeatedly for 6 times without declining of the catalytic performance.Comparison with the performance of other types of catalyst show that the strong acidic resin catalyst has the unique advantages.With the same catalyst,allyl acetate,allyl butylate and allyl valerate were also prepared.
