Endat接口的绝对式编码器值的读出方法研究

摘    要:介绍了ROC425绝对式光电编码器的特点及其Endat2.2双向数字接口,提出了一种基于FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)的读取绝对式编码器值的方法,给出了硬件设计和软件设计的方法以及仿真波形图,实现了信号的并行读取。并已成功应用在某橡胶坝水位检测和控制系统中,取得了良好效果。

Reeding Method Study of Absolute Encoder with Endat Interface

Abstract:Introduction was made to the features of ROC425 absolute photoelectric encoder and its Endat 2.2 bidirection digital interface.This paper raised a method based on FPGA(field programmable gate array)to read out absolute encoder value,giving out methods for hardware and software design and simulation waveform diagram.The method has achieved signals parallel reading and it has been successfully applied in a rubber dam water level test and control with better effect.
