滚滑轴承螺旋弹性圆柱滚子承载性能分析

摘    要:为了降低轴承部件接触产生的应力,通过ABAQUS建立有限元分析模型,分析滚滑轴承的结构与受力情况。对比了普通圆柱滚子、空心圆柱滚子和5种螺旋弹性圆柱滚子与轴承内圈接触产生的接触应力和Von Mises应力。结果表明:滚滑轴承采用螺旋弹性圆柱滚子能获得更好的承载性能;并得出了该滚子的接触应力和Von Mises应力随其螺旋圈之间间隙或螺距的增大而增大的结论。

Abstract:The structure and the force of the rolling-sliding compound bearing were analyzed for reducing con- tact stress by the ABAQUS. The contact stress and Von Mises stress generated by the contact between ordinary cy- lindrical roller or hollow cylindrical roller or five spiral elastic cylindrical rollers and the bearing inner ring were comparatively analyzed. It was obtained that the spiral elastic cylindrical roller could get a better bearing perform- ance than others, and the relationship between the contact stress or Von Mises stress of the roller increased with the increasing of the gap between adjacent spiral circles and pitch.
