| 摘 要： | 建立了以高效液相色谱法测定染发剂中20种染料成分的分析方法。采用RP-AMIDE C16色谱柱（250 mm ×4．6 mm ×5μm），以水-乙腈-磷酸盐混合溶液为流动相，梯度洗脱，同时测定染发剂中20种染料成分。方法回收率在85％～115％之间，在10～500μg/mL的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r均大于0．99。

| Abstract: | An analytical method for determination of 20 kinds of dye components in hair dye by HPLC was established. By using RP-AMIDE C16 （250 mm × 4.6 mm × 5μm）as chromatographic column,acetonitrile-water-mixed phosphate solution as mobile phase with gradient elution,20 kinds of dye components in hair dye were determined simultaneously. The recoveries were between 85% and 115% at the spiked levels of 10 to 500μg/mL,and good linear relationship withrmore than 0.99 of the curves were achieved. |
