国外某复杂钛铁矿的选矿试验研究

摘    要:采用阶段磨矿-阶段选别的磁选-浮选联合流程对国外某复杂钛铁矿矿石进行了选矿试验研究, 结果表明, 对于含Fe 51.47%、含TiO213.53%的原矿, 可以获得含Fe 65.12%、回收率78.60%的铁精矿和含TiO2 45.12%、回收率45.03%的钛精矿。

Abstract:Mineral processing study was conducted for a complicated overseas ilmenite ore  adopting a combined flowsheet of magnetic separation and flotation featuring stage-grinding and stage-concentration. Results show that, from this run-of-mine ore with a TFe and TiO2 grade of 51.47% and 13.53%, respectively, an iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery of 65.12% and 78.60%, respectively, and a titanium concentrate with TiO2 grade and recovery of 45.12% and 45.03%, respectively, can be obtained.
