摘    要:以某 PTA RPF鼓风机为例,分析和研究离心鼓风机机壳的强度及其变形。采用有限元法对焊接机壳进行分析,从而得到鼓风机机壳的受力情况和在外载荷作用下机壳变形,并重点分析了机械密封联接法兰处的轴向变形量,为改进设计提供了可靠的理论依据。

Abstract:The centrifugal blower of RPF system applied in PTA is taken as an example, strength and distortion of welding volute is studied in this paper. FEM is used to analyze welded volute of centrifugal blower, then the distribution of stress and distortion of the force and load is obtained. The axial distortion of mechanical seal connection flange is analyzed in detail. It has provided reliable theoretical basis for improving design.
