| 摘 要： | SAR图像处理与质量评估是SAR图像应用的关键环节，文章主要介绍了利用MATCOM进行VC 和MATLAB混合编程的步骤与优点，并将其用于SAR图像处理与质量评估软件开发。该软件通过图形与菜单，界面用户只需进行简单的菜单操作就可以得到直观的处理和评估结果，为开展SAR图像处理、质量评估研究提供了一个有力的工具。

| Abstract: | SAR image processing and evaluating is one of hot research interests nowadays.The steps and advantages of mixed programming between MATLAB and VC++ by MATCOM are introduced. It is used in the software to process and evaluate SAR images. We can get visual results of processing and evaluating with simple operation of menu through GUI. It provides a powerful tool in SAR image processing and evaluating. |
