VVVF电压型变频调速系统的谐波共振问题

摘    要:本文针对钢厂大型轧机电压型VVVF交频调速装置在空载调试过程中引起其他电气设备发热,噪声及整流变压器过电压的现象,通过实际工程案例进行数据分析,得出产生这种现象的原因是传动装置和电力系统之间的谐波共振,并提出电压型VVVF变频调速装置在调试过程减少谐波共振影响的若干建议.

Abstract:The VVVF voltage Frequency converter of rolling mill can cause fever, noise and over-voltage of transformer in the process of no load debugging. The mathematics model is set up for the actual project and the calculation shows that the harmonic resonance between the Power system and the frequency converter leads to that problem. This paper also gives some advice to reduce the harmonic resonance in the process of debugging the VVVF voltage Frequency converter.
