海洋桩管环缝双机头自动焊微机控制技术

摘    要:所设计控制系统采用STD总线结构,焊接机头的伺服控制系统采用PWM调速技术,通过双微处理机实现海洋桩管环缝双机头焊接过程的自动控制,应用串行方式进行数据通信。控制系统功能强,自动化程度高,操作灵活方便。现场试验结果表明:系统工作性能稳定可靠。

Abstract:STD-bus structure is adopted in the control system designed. In servo-control system of the welding tractor, the PWM technique is used to regulate the motor?s speed. The auto- matic control of girth welding progress with twin welding heads for offshore pile pipes is realized by double microcomputer, and data communication is conducted in serial way. This control system has the advantages of strong functions, high automation and easy operation. The experimental results on the spot show that the control system is both stable and reliable.
