丙烯腈反应器移热管冲蚀及应力分析

摘    要:通过详细的反应热平衡计算,确定了某工业丙烯腈反应器移热管内汽液两相流的流速,据此确定两相流的流区,并根据该流区的特点分析了气液两相流对管道弯头部位的冲蚀作用。此外,通过移热管材质的强度校核和交变应力分析,进一步证明汽水混合物对弯头的轴向水锤冲击是引起弯头冲蚀乃至泄漏的根本原因。

Abstract:The velocity of twophase fluids in the Utype heat transfer pipe of the acrylonitrile reactor was evaluated in terms of the detailed calculation of the generated and removed reaction heat. The flow regime of the horizontal twophase flow in the pipe was consequently determined. Thus the effect of erosion and stress corrosion of twophase fluids on the pipe bend was analyzed in line with the characteristics of the twophase fluids. Furthermore, according to the strength check of material and fatigue stress analysis of the pipe bend, the vertical impact of liquid drops carried by vapor of high velocity on the pipe bend was further determined as the critical factor of leakage of the pipe bend.
