摘    要:为了实现多台储能点焊机的集散控制,采用上位计算机对多台单片机进行通讯控制,并由各台单片机对与之相对应的点焊机实施数据采集及相关控制。为了提高工作效率,完成多台焊机集散控制的现场工作情况的多任务实时采集与控制,采用基于多线程串口通讯技术。实践表明,这一串口通讯技术对多台储能点焊机的集散控制非常有效。

Abstract:In order to realize the collective and distributive control for multispot stored energy welding machines,serial communication technique is used between PC and single chip computer,and all welding machines control by single chip computers. To improve its working efficiency and reflect its current working situation,serial communication technique based on multithread is adopted,realizing multitask realtime acquisition and control for multispot welding machines.
