| 摘 要： | 介绍了某1700mm冷连轧机第一机架的自动厚度控制(AGC)的控制策略,详细分析了前馈AGC,监控 AGC,秒流量AGC以及各种补偿控制方式的原理和基本算法,并侧重说明扩展秒流量控制的特征和功能,最后阐明 第一机架的控制策略在冷连轧机组AGC控制中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly introduces the AGC system control strategy of the first stand in a certain 1 700 mm cold rolling mill, and analyzes the theory and algorithm of each control method and various compensators. The concept and function of the extended mass flow control was explained especially. And finally the important function of the AGC system control strategy in the mill was illuminated. |
