基于低频正弦波励磁方式的电磁流量计设计

摘    要:提出了一种采用低频正弦波励磁方式的电磁流量计的设计方法,并采用新型的信号处理方法使其比传统的信号处理方法更加简便可靠.实验表明:低频正弦波励磁方式在小流速阶段,可以减弱微分干扰的影响,提高流量计零点稳定性和测世准确度.

Abstract:A design method for electromagnetic flowmeter adopting low-frequency sine waveform exciting mode is proposed.A new method for signal processing which is more convenient and reliable than the traditional ones is adopted.The results show that low-frequency sine waveform exciting mode could reduce the influence of differential interference at the stage of low flow velocity,enhance stability of zero point and accuracy of the flowmeter.
