摘    要:针对应变检测中外界因素对检测结果的干扰,检测电路中器件参数非理想化给检测精度带来的影响,应用双通道参数检测原理,设计了高精度应变检测电路,介绍其工作原理,并对检测电路的转换函数进行误差分析。在此基础上设计了应变检测仪,通过实验验证,应变检测值呈良好的线性关系,而且与理论值很接近,具有较高的测量精度、稳定性、抗干扰性和可靠性。该分析误差的方法在其他电路设计中有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Perturbing factors and parameters of the unstable circuit elements bring bad effects on the accuracy of strain measurement.Aimed to improve the accuracy,the measuring circuit based on two-channel parametric measurement with resistance strain-gauge half-bridge is designed.The principle of strain measurement is introduced,then the errors of measuring circuits is analyzed.A measuring system based on the principle is developed.The test indicates that linear values are close to the nominal values and the accuracy,stability,anti-interference and reliability are excellent.The approach of analyzing error is worthwhile for other circuits.
