Abstract:A fast detection algorithm based on MEMS three accelerometer is presented and corresponding hardware system is built up,aiming at the problems of low accuracy,complex detection exists in the traditional single point cable detection mode.MEMS accelerometer is used as vibration sensor,the FPGA is used as wireless sensor network node control core in this system.By 2.4 GHz band,it wireless communicate with upper computer.The experiment shows that this system can quickly and effectively detect material internal flaws and precision of defecting position is increased by 13.3 %than traditional single point cable testing equipment.
