基于小波包和BP神经网络的滚动轴承故障诊断

摘    要:基于Matlab平台,利用小波包技术对滚动轴承典型故障的振动信号提取特征值,再借助BP神经网络对特征值进行分类,经验证该方法能够准确识别故障。

Abstract:This topic bases on the Matlab platform extracts eigenvalues of typical fault vibration signal by wavelet packet technology, and with the help of back-propagation neural network classifies eigenvalues. The examination proves that the method can accurately identify the faults.
