提高钒钛铁水转炉冶炼废钢比工艺研究

摘    要:废钢比是转炉生产的重要经济技术指标,其值大小直接影响转炉冶炼钢铁料消耗及热平衡,提高入炉废钢比是实现节铁增钢、降本增效的重要技术手段。然因冶炼低硅含钛铁水成渣难、脱磷难等问题,对应入炉废钢比持低不高,直接影响转炉生产成本。为此,基于低硅含钛铁水冶炼特点及难点分析,结合水钢生产实践,通过氧枪喷头优化、枪位优化、添加提温剂等工艺优化和技术开发,使入炉废钢比由优化前7.41%提高至13.48%,优化效果较为明显。

Technological Study of Increasing Scrap Ratio in BOF Steelmaking of V-Ti Hot Metal

Abstract:The scrap ratio is an important economic and technical index in BOF(basic oxygen furnace)steelmaking,the value size of scrap ratio directly affects the metal consumption and heat balance in BOF steelmaking,increasing the ratio of scrap charged into BOF is an important technical means to save hot metal,increase steel,decrease cost and enhance efficiency.However,due to difficulty of slag formation and dephophorization in BOF steelmaking of titanium-bearing hot metal with low silicon,the ratio of scrap charged into BOF would rather be low than high,which directly affects the production cost of BOF steelmaking.Therefore,based on the analysis of characteristics and difficulties of BOF steelmaking of titanium-bearing hot metal with low silicon,combined with the production practice in Shuigang,by the process optimization and technical development such as the optimization of oxygen lance nozzle and lance position and the addition of temperature-increase agents,the scrap ratio increases from 7.41%before the process optimization to present 13.48%,so the effect of process optimization is obvious.
