无煤柱超前支护围岩段破坏态势与治理措施

摘    要:简要分析了在晋能控股煤业集团大斗沟煤业有限公司采用无煤柱开采技术后沿空留巷的情况,通过对山2#煤层8306工作面过8301切眼位置的现场观测,阐述了巷道变形的特征,以及超前支护围岩破坏形式与被破坏原因,并在此基础上提出了相应的治理措施。采取加强支护后,巷道规格趋于稳定,保证了无煤柱工作面的正常生产。

Failure Situation and Control Measures of Surrounding Rock in Advance Support Section without Coal Pillar

Abstract:This paper mainly analyzed the current situation of gob side entry retaining in Dadougou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group after adopting pillarless mining technology.Through field observation of 8306 working face passing through 8301 cut hole in Shan 2#seam,this paper analyzed the characteristics of roadway deformation,the damage forms and causes of surrounding rock of advance support,and put forward corresponding control measures on this basis.After streng-thening the support,the roadway specifications tend to be stable,ensuring the normal production of pillarless working face.
