掘进巷道过断层顶板支护设计优化应用

摘    要:基于山西潞安集团左权五里堠煤业有限公司2101运输巷掘进过F2断层时,顶板出现下沉、破碎,致使巷道原顶板支护施工难度大、支护质量差,导致巷道顶板维护困难、锚杆支护失效现象严重的情况,分析了原支护存在的主要问题,并对原支护进行优化,提出了铺设钢筋网+大锚杆支护+桁架锚索支护等联合支护设计.实际应用取得了显著成效.

Abstract:Based on the fact that when 2101 transport roadway of Zuoquan Wulihou Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.of Lu'an Group of Shanxi passed through the F2 fault,the roof was sinking and broken,which made the original roof support construction of the road-way difficult and poor in support quality,resulting in difficult roadway roof maintenance and serious failure of bolt support,this pa-per analyzed the main problems of the original support,optimized the original support,and proposed the combined support design oflaying steel mesh+large anchor support+truss anchor support.The practical application has achieved remarkable results.
