| Abstract: | This paper introduces the foundry process design and optimization process of pressurized cylinder castings.The simulation software Any Casting was used to optimize the process,and the appropriate process and parameters were finally determined.The casting with complete shape and compact interior was obtained,and the quality met the technical requirements. |
