转炉炉后合金烘烤炉应用实践

摘    要:合金烘烤效果对转炉出钢温度要求、合金收得率具有直接影响。针对水钢原有合金烘烤方式复杂,工作量大及烘烤效果差等问题,通过合金烘烤炉优化改造,优化烘烤方式以提升烘烤效果,提高合金温度,进而降低出钢温降,有利于减轻炉衬侵蚀、提高脱磷率、降本增效。结合水钢生产实践,烘烤炉优化后,出钢温降降低约5℃,达到预期优化效果,提高了合金收得率。

Abstract:The effect of alloy baking has direct influence on tapping temperature and recovery ratio of alloy in BOF(Basic Oxygen Furnace)steelmaking process.In view of the problems of complicated baking method and heavy workload and poor baking effect of the previous alloy baking furnace at Steelmaking Workshop in Shuigang,the optimization and reformation of the previous alloy baking furnace are carried out to improve the baking effect,increase the alloy temperature,decrease the tapping temperature drop,which is beneficial to relieving the erosion of furnace lining,improving the dephosphorization rate,reducing cost and enhancing the efficiency.On the basis of the production practice in Shuigang,after the baking furnace is improved,the tapping temperature drop is reduced by about 5℃,which achieves the expected optimization effect and enhance the recovery ratio of alloy.
