油井封堵注水泥一次不留管柱堵水工具

吉林油田开发到中后期,油井出水现象日趋复杂,以往的注水泥堵水技术均不能满足现状的要求。鉴于此,研制出油井封堵注水泥一次不留管柱堵水工具,并形成了水泥堵水新工艺。该工具的核心为封堵注水泥装置,由打压坐封总成、胶塞座丢手总成、注水泥器本体总成和单流定压器总成等4部分组成,具有打压坐封、注水泥、投胶塞和丢手等一次性功能。经过现场6口井的施工,无一口井发生卡井事故,施工有效率100%,成功率100%。

Water plugging tool for well plugging and cementing simultaneously without leaving pipe string

At the middle and late stages of development in Jilin Oilfield, water production exists widely in wells and it is getting complex day by day. The techniques used in the past, such as cementing and water plugging are not satisfied with present requirements. Therefore a water plugging tool isdeveloped for water plugging and cementing simultaneously with leaving pipe string, and new techniques for cementing and water plugging are established. Key of the tool is the apparatus for plugging and cementing, which is composed of a pressurizing and setting assembly, plug setting and releasing assembly, cementer assembly and single flow and constant-pressure assembly. The tool has the function of pressurizing and setting, cementing plug setting and releasing simultaneously. It was used for operations in 6 wells without stuck, with both effective rate and success rate of 100%.
