| 摘 要： | 宜昌船舶柴油机厂自用重件码头上部栈桥钢箱梁结构为1跨28.4m简支钢箱梁和1跨57.8m伸臂斜拉钢箱梁。钢箱梁重量大,且为高处作业,安装难度大。项目部采用搭设栈桥平台使用拖拉法成功安装钢箱梁到位,并采用千斤顶反顶的方法调节钢箱梁预拱度达到设计要求。

| Abstract: | The steel box girder of upper trestle in the self-provided heavy-cargo wharf for Yichang marine diesel engine plant is composed of a simply supported beam with span of 28.4m and a cable-stayed cantilever beam with span of 57.8m.It is quite difficult to install the steel box girder due to its weight and the installation height.In the paper,the steel box girder is installed by putting up a trestle platform and using of dragging method,and the pre-arch is regulated by using of reverse jacking method,which can be well referenced by similar projects. |
