履带车辆起步加速过程仿真研究

摘    要:为准确预测履带车辆加速性能,采用迭代修正算法对车辆起步加速过程进行仿真,通过对加速过程多个离散状态的辨识和切换,得到了车辆加速过程中各传动部件转速、转矩以及整车加速度、速度和位移的时间历程.仿真结果与试验数据吻合,表明考虑离散状态切换的履带车辆起步加速过程仿真方法是合理的、有效的.

Abstract:In order to accurately predict the acceleration performance of a tracked vehicle, the process of its starting acceleration was simulated by using an iterative correction algorithm. By identifying multiple discrete states in the process and by switching these states, the rotational speeds and the torques of the transmission components, and the time histories in speeds, accelerations and displacements of the vehicle are obtained. The simulation results tallies with the experimental data, showing that the above simulation is reasonable and effective by means of the discrete state switching method.
