高校互联网应用创新平台的设计与实现

互联网应用创新平台基地依托中国教育科研网，运用现代信息技术、网络技术手段，通过管理和机制创新，建立分层次的高等学校仪器设备和优质资源共享系统，本文提出了以资源共享为核心的高校互联网应用创新平台的构建方案。在分析高校资源共享实验平台的发展情况后，本文深入研究了互联网应用创新平台的相关理论，提出了设计思路和实现方案，并具体阐述了南京理工大学的互联网应用创新平台的实现过程。通过应用体验，总结了该平台优势明显，具有一定的参考意义。

The design and implementation of college Internet application innovation platform

Internet application innovation platform base on China education scientific research network, use of modern information technology, network technology, through the management and mechanism innovation, establishing hierarchical institutions of higher learning instruments and equipment and high quality resources sharing system, this paper presents a resource sharing as the core of the construction scheme of coUege Interuet application innovation platform. Based on the analysis of resource sharing in colleges and universities after the development of experimental platform, this paper deeply studies the related theory, the Internet application innovation platform put forward the design idea and implementation scheme, and expounds the nanjing university of science and technology the Internet application and the implementation process of innovation platform. Through the application of experience, summed up the platform of obvious advantages, has certain reference significance.
