食用油中塑化剂检测方法的研究

摘    要:本试验利用乙酸乙酯和环己烷混合试剂提取塑化剂,浓缩后通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定。试验结果表明:该测定方法的加标回收率在79.9%~114.8%,RSD为3.01%~5.89%,与GB/T 21911—2008标准中规定的方法相比相差无几,但样品的处理时间更短,操作方便、经济、快速,适合在基层实验室做大量样品筛选时选用。

Abstract:The plasticizer was extracted by mixture reagent of ethyl acetate and cyclohexane, determined by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry after concentration. Results show that the standard recovery is 79.9%-114.8%, RSD is 3.01%-5.89%, not much different with the specified methods of GB/T 21911--2008, but the sample processing time is less, the operation is convenient, economic and fast, suitable for the screening of a large number of samples in the bas- ic laboratory.
